❀ Pricing and Payments:

✧ All payments are made through PayPal Invoices in USD.
✧ Full Payment in advance. Failure to pay the invoice within 48 hours will result in you forfeiting of your place in the queue, and I will move on to the next client.
✧ I will not accept payment through Bitcoin or any type of cryptocurrency.
✧ I will not start a commission until after the invoice is paid; this includes but is not limited to discussing design details. Clients will have 24 hours after the invoice is paid to cancel and get a refund, after which there will be no refunds after cancellation. After an invoice is paid and the commission started but client wishes to cancel within the 24 hour grace period, clients will receive a 50% refund. If for some reason I cannot finish the commission, clients will receive a full refund.

❀ Process and Cancelation:

✧ Please include visual references for your commission; the more references included the more I am able to produce a final product that exactly meets your needs. Please include any deadline information. I will not take any commission if the deadline is less than one week.
✧ Once the commission has been submitted, I will contact you via email notifying you whether or not the commission has been approved. If the commission is approved, I will also send the invoice at this time.
✧Once the invoice is paid, this is when the 24 hour grace period starts. Clients can ask for changes or cancellation during this time.
✧ Rough sketches will be provided for approval. Please note that once a sketch is approved there will be no further opportunities for major changes (poses, outfits, hairstyles, etc.).
✧ I will periodically send progress updates to the provided email. Requests to tweak colors are okay.
✧ Commissions can take up to 5 weeks to complete. I will notify the client if I need extended time on a piece. By commissioning me, you're purchasing my artist labor and a high-resolution digital copy of your commissioned artwork.
✧ Completed artwork will be sent to provided email.

✧ 18+ ONLY
✧ I will ask costumers to provide a photo of a document proving their age, such as a state issued ID (censor all the other information). This will be asked of you before I officially accept your commission.
✧ Legal name must be consistent throughout the whole process (ex. name that you use to place the order must match the one on ID and Paypal). At any point if there is a discrepancy, the commission will be forfeited.

❀ Rights:

✧ I, as an artist, have a right to refuse commissions for any reason.
✧ I, as the artist, retain full rights to my work. This includes but is not limited to prints, posting to social media, and using it in my portfolio even if a commercial fee was paid.
✧ The client cannot, under any circumstances, omit my signature from the finished piece, or from the WIP pictures I send.
✧ All commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise specified. If a commission is intended for commercial use, a 200% commercial fee in addition to the original price is added. Emotes/Badges are exempt from this fee as long as I am credited on client's 'About' section on Twitch or Discord profile.
✧ You may not modify or alter artwork without permission. The client may NEVER modify or alter any of the aforementioned media with AI, machine learning tools, or anything similar.
✧ Clients may not resell or redistribute emotes/Badges under any circumstances.
✧ Clients may not resell or redistribute the finished commission piece under any circumstances, unless the commercial fee has been paid. You may NOT take my finished piece, or any of WIP pictures, and sell them as NFT's or anything similar.
✧Commission can be reposted on social media as long as my artist signature is not edited out from the piece and I am credited.

❀ Notes:

✧ Please refrain from spamming my email or dms asking for constant updates.
✧ Do not ask about updates during my streams. If this rule is not respected, user will be banned.
✧ I will not repost commissioned work if the client wants their piece to remain private.
✧ By commissioning me you agree to the terms of use of my art and all stated above.
